In today’s world, children are overtly exposed to smartphones, T.V., and the internet which are sufficient to distract their minds and attention from regular studies, Therefore in such a scenario routine traditional methods of teaching and learning are becoming less effective. So there is a large need to have intense scrutiny of our traditional pedagogy and bring drastic changes in our teaching-learning strategies, especially in school education, With our 25 years of rich experience in the field of school education, we have come up with a teaching-learning technique which is based on experiential learning wherein the child experiences the knowledge by becoming part and parcel of different activities. Our classwise curriculum is split into several learning activities in which the child gets thoroughly involved and enjoys the process of acquiring knowledge. Thus most of the learning process becomes effortless and spontaneous.
