In today’s world, children are overtly exposed to smartphones, T.V., and internet which are sufficient to distract their minds and attention from regular studies, Therefore in such a scenario routine traditional methods of teaching and learning are becoming less effective. So there is a large need to have intense scrutiny of our traditional pedagogy and bring drastic changes in our teaching-learning strategies, especially in school education, With our 25 years of rich experience in the field of school education, we have come up with a teaching-learning technique which is based on experiential learning wherein the child experiences the knowledge by becoming part and parcel of different activities.
